Dr. Neelam Kalla is an accomplished academician, researcher and mentor with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship, Employee Engagement, Psychological Capital, Workplace Mental Health, Digital Inclusion and Indian Knowledge Systems. She has published 34 research papers, authored and edited books, guided Ph.D. scholars, contributed to funded research projects and supported curriculum development and institutional leadership.

Dr. Nishant Gehlot is a faculty member in Management with a strong commitment to academic excellence, student development and contemporary management education. Associated with the Department of Management, he contributes actively to teaching, academic coordination and the development of industry-relevant programmes in emerging areas of management education. His academic interests include management education, professional skill development, financial technology, digital business and new-age management practices. He focuses on application-oriented and student-centred learning that develops managerial competence, professional confidence, career readiness and leadership capability.
